Terms and Conditions of Memberships:

All memberships are charged on the 5th of each month. Non-Ohio memberships are $32.00 plus $7.95 for priority shipping each month. Ohio memberships are $32.00 plus $7.95 for priority shipping and 6.5% Ohio sales tax. Actual shipping charges apply to international memberships. International orders will only be shipped via Priority Mail International.

All kits will be shipped approximately the 12th of each month once your monthly membership charge has been processed. New memberships that are received after the 5th of each month will be shipped after the 12th of the month if there are current monthly kits available. If the current monthly kit is sold out, your membership will begin with the following month's kit.

Please email us at info@scrapscription.com should you require a return or cancellation of your membership. Once a credit card has been billed and your kit shipped, we do not accept returned kits, unless the kit has been damaged during shipment, or due to an error on our part.

Are there additional benefits of becoming a ScrapScriber member?

You bet there are! In addition to being guaranteed a discounted price of $32 for each kit, every 6th kit will be shipped free of charge! Additionally, every 12th shipment will receive a FREE ScrapScriber member's only kit that will not be offered to the general public. Finally, if you are a ScrapScriber, you will get a preview of the kit around the 10th of the month and should receive your kit by the 15th.

How long does a ScrapScriber's subscription last?

Our subscriptions are reoccurring, which means you receive the ScrapScriber kit each month until you wish to cancel your subscription. However, there is an initial 6 month commitment to your subscription. After 6 months, you may cancel at anytime without penalty. If you cancel before the 6 months has been filled, there is a $25 penalty fee for canceling early. One incentive of being a ScrapScriber is that you automatically get the ScrapScriber's kit each month and you receive it at a discounted price of $32 a month.

Are there additional fees associated with my ScrapScriber's membership?

Only two. The first is our monthly $7.95 shipping fee. The second fee is a state sales tax fee only if you reside in the state of Ohio.

When will my subscription begin?

If the current month's kit is still available, your subscription will begin that month. If the kit for that month is sold out, then your subscription will begin the following month.

When will my credit card be billed each month?

Members are billed each month on the 5th. If you sign up for a membership after the 5th, and we still have monthly kits available, your credit card will be billed soon thereafter.

I do not have/use a credit card. Is there another form of payment I can use to purchase a membership?

Sure! We also accept PayPal payments and money orders. We do not accept personal checks at this time. Please contact us for more details.

My credit card was declined. How can I correct this?

If your credit card is declined for payment, we will attempt to contact you via email asking you to review the billing/shipping address and expiration date on your card. After verifying that all of your information is correct, we will attempt to bill you once more. If your credit card is declined again, you will be asked to send another form of payment; i.e. PayPal or a money order. We will hold your kit in good faith until the 12th of the month. After the 12th, the kit that was reserved for you will be entered back into stock and your membership cancelled.

When will ScrapScriber kits be shipped?

ScrapScriber kits ship out beginning the 12th of each month using USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise notified, as long as your subscription is paid on time. International orders will only be shipped via Priority Mail International.

How do I handle a change of my billing/shipping information for my ScrapScriber's membership?

You must contact us via email at info@scrapscription.com. All billing changes must be made by the 3rd of the month and all shipping changes must made by the 10th of the month.

Shipping Policy: Kits are sent for shipment once we receive and process your payment; this process usually takes about five days.

Return Policy: Returns must be approved before a credit is issued. ScrapScription kits offer you a wide range of options – complete the project by following the instructions to a tee; change it up a bit and customize your titles or pages to your own liking; or split up the entire kit and do page layouts or use the mini album for another project.

ScrapScription offers you two ways to enjoy our kits each month – purchase our kits released on the 1st and the 15th of the month individually or join our ScrapScriber’s monthly kit club to guarantee delivery of the 15th of the month kit each and every month at a discounted price of just $32. I don’t have/use a credit card. Is there another form of payment I can use to purchase a kit?

Money orders and personal checks are also welcome but shipments will be delayed until the money orders and personal checks clear. This could take up to 10 business days from receipt of payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! We do, however, charge actual shipping charges. International orders will only be shipped via Priority Mail International. The additional charges will not show up in the shopping cart, they will be manually added to credit cards. If you are paying by Paypal, you will receive an invoice for the additional shipping charges.

What should I do if my kit arrives in damaged condition?

Any mistakes, shortages, damages or defective products need to be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the order. Damages due to freight carrier must be reported immediately. Please email us at info@scrapscription.com. Please save the box your order was shipped in. The carrier will want to see the damaged box and contents. Damaged products must be returned unopened. ScrapScription is unable to take responsibility for damaged products due to freight carrier.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Since ScrapScription operates out of the state of Ohio, we are required to collect 6.5% sales tax for orders shipped within Ohio.
